"fibras textiles" is fine, there's no need of "plantas que dan"
"ganadería" is an economical branch, "granja ganadera" is exactly that
place you're talking about
dyes in spanish seems to me more like "tintes"
textil mill is called, at least in america,  "textilera"
sorry, i can't figure out a word for building center, see, in my
country we don't have that, and all the reference i have from other
spanish speaking countries is just that, a big department store.
