Train running cost

Hi all!

I think that actual train runing cost calculation can be more realistic. For 
example:

Train runing cost = MC + LC * NL + WC * NW + AR * TS^2

where:

MC=Maquinist cost. This is a constant cost of 1 or 2 maquinists 
(traindrivers). Steam locomotives should have 2 maquinists per locomotive, 
electric and diesel engines should have only one per train, because 
multitraction won't need more traindrivers on electric and diesel 
locomotives.

LC=Locomotive cost. This cost should be a variable cost, depending of % of 
power that a locomotive need for move a train. For example, a 5000cv 
locomotive with 2 wagons should have less running cost than a 5000cv 
locomotive with 10 wagons. Locomotives jumping mountains should have great 
runing cost than locomotives running on flat.

NL=Number of locomotives.

WC=Wagon cost: This is a constant cost for every train carriage.

NW=Number of wagons

AR=Air resistence: this is the costant aerodinamic resistence for a train. 
Inside tunnels this constant should be greater than outside.

TS=Train Speed: Speed of train.
