TTD patch alpha 67

Hi all

I love the new method for laying track and stations. I have however noticed
one or two bugs:

- if the new method is used to convert rails to electric - it removes
bridges and tunnels
-if you interupt (either whilst constructing a staion or laying track) to
lower/raise ground or demolish something, then the new
railway/station/signal process becomes unresponsive and needs to be
restarted.

Apart from that it is making life much easier!

Brendan
