Forbid AI activities

Hi all,

I want to manage two or more companies to have more street vehicles. If I buy 75% of an opponent's company, the company switch is active, but the AI is still able to build new routes or sell cars and tracks, whenever I manage another company.
I know that I can forbid building routes with the "AI...." switches at the top of ttdpatch.cfg, but I want forbid every activity done by the AI. Is it possible?
