some opinions for TTD Patch

I have been playing some alpha version in summer or so and as I have read all the messages about new features, I have two ideas:
1) I have not tried yet the trams (and any alpha version since summer), but with them it would be interesting to have one-way roads (but dual carriageway). Well, then it would be possible to build highways, but it is really not important. Better reason is something like city avenue (like ie. in SIm City 3 and 4) with trams taking only one half of a road. Then trams could go on the left side of one-way road and buses and trucks on the other. So they do not interfere and slow down each other.
Another reason are the bus stops. With one-way roads in cities, the lorries will not have to stop behind a bus at bus stop...
2) Well, this is maybe very silly idea, but what about the personal vehicles (cars)? It is very nice to look at the exciting new buildings, stations, vehicles, but there are no cars in streets, only the buses and trucks...
It could be maybe done in this way: one computer player, which won't build any structures except road depots, would be only buying some types of road vehicles (normal cars). These vehicles would be riding with no orders or to randomly chosen places, so it would be a method of personal transport (maybe sometimes not excellent, but roads with a traffic would seem better). I know it would be a bit problematic on slower computers, but what do you think about it? I know something about programming, but do not know anything about making TTD Patch, so maybe there is more sophisticated way to realise the idea of personal traffic...

Bye everyone and good luck to everyone who is working on TTD Patch. Right now I am playing Sim City 4, but it will not last forever and I am going to play TTD again.
