Bugs in TTDP 2.5 beta 1

Hi Josef,

before TTDP 2.5 beta I used TTDP alpha 69, so I don't know by which version (A70, A71, A72, A73 or B2.5) this bug is caused.
As you can see on www.thomasgutmann.de/ttdx tracks which are built on slopes or mountains and lie under a bridge are displayed wrong.

Another thing I've noticed is that trains cannot pass tunnels owned by another company (using experimentalfeatures.cooperative on). They have no problems with bridges.

Would it be possible to give the possibility to sell vehicles and maybe tracks to another company? When I buy 100% of a company everything will be changed into mine.
