TTDPC 1.1.2.0 released

I have made a few minor updates of the TTDPC (TTDPatch Configurator) 
program.

- '(no command line switch)' shown instead of '()'
- Using DEFAULT_CHARSET instead of ANSI_CHARSET (maybe this helps with 
non-latin languages showing the help texts wrong, I'm not sure)

Can anyone that had problems with TTDPC showing the help texts wrong in 
their language please test this version for me?
