Bridges: three things to change

Hi all,

there're three things I've noticed while playing TTDpatch some minutes ago.
1. normal iron bridges should be available a long time before 1930. There're only wood bridges.
2. I would like to have a switch to turn off all bridge speedlimits. It's only possible for Maglev, but why should a suspension bridge not carry a highspeed railtrack for 200kph?
3. When turning on transparency, bridges (except there lane/railway) should be transparent as well to make it possible to watch things behind them.
