No, that feature is still there. There was, however, a safety feature
added that prevents copying when your vehicle already has some orders.
(This prevents you from accidentally destroying vehicle orders when
you click on a vehicle with the "go to" cursor.) You should try
copying again after resetting the orders of the vehicle. If it still
doesn't work (and "sharedorders" is turned on in ttdpatch.cfg), it
must be a bug.
