Hello folks, I have seen recently a case where the document was just plain _wrong_, even after all the agencies mentioned below had completed their reviews. This was in another working group. Publication would have been embarrassing in this case. Mistakes happen. They shouldn't be compounded by publication. Besides which, it's usually a LOT faster to just fix the problem than to sit around in paralysis mode while wondering whether anything should be done. My $0.02. Regards, Charlie P.
