I have requested the publication of version -08 of the Diameter SIP 
application. I expect to be available soon, but in the meantime you can

For your convenience, I list now the changes:

    o  This version of the specification added support for the generation
       of nonces in the Diameter client.  This change had impact
       throughout the whole document.
    o  Fixed some errors indicating that the final verification of the
       user's credentials could only take place in the Diameter client if
       client nonces wheren't used.  Now the text clarifies that this
       scenario is not possible when the combination of client nonces and
       MD5-sess happens.
    o  The Migration from RADIUS Section has been imported from the
       RADIUS draft.

I hope this addresses satisfactory the latest comments that we got, and 
I hope this is now ready for submission to the IESG. But if someone has 
comments, please post them as soon as possible.
