: Diameter SIP app version -10

Hi:

I have just requested the publication of version 10 of the Diameter SIP 
app. I have tried to address the comments that we got during the 3rd 
WGLC. Since the WGLC is over and the last issues have been agreed, there 
aren't any remaining open issues.

The change log reads:

    o  Now there can be only one Redirect-Host AVP in a given Diameter
       answer command.  The motivation is that the data pertaining to a
       given user is stored in only a single Diameter server, thus, there
       is not room for repeatibility of this AVP.

    o  The text has been clarified in several parts making it consistent
       with the idea of a single Diameter server for a given user.
