If you want to continue discussing it on the list, that's fine w/me.  I'm not suggesting nor do I support the idea that WG Last Call be reopened for this, if that's what you mean.  I'm trying to find out what the process is: are you basically saying to Mikko "Bring it up in IETF Last Call"?  If so, I agree completely; I will no doubt have a few things to mention then, as well...
