To be clear, we raised differences in an effort to
make Diameter SIP better. There may or may not
be real impact to the spec, pending detailed look.
Most differences are due to the vendor specific
nature of Cx, and are natural.

I believe Diameter SIP is very useful work and
should be standardized.
