: Diameter SIP app: recent open issues

Hi:

There has been some recent activity about the Diameter SIP application.

I have tried to compile all these issues in the tracker that we have 
been using for a while. I will encourage you to take a look at the 
tracker and e-mail me if I have missed some issue:

I am still listing some issues as "pending", in spite we have consensus 
on not taking an action, but I prefer to keep them as pending so we can 
easily track them.
