one=20of=20=20them=20should=20be=20present=20to=20make=20the=20message=20m=
eaningful=20to=20the
receiver,=20ie=20receiving=20entity=20should=20be=20able=20to=20make=20out=
=20for=20which
subscriber=20this=20registration=20request=20is=20meant=20for.=20Hence=20a=
ssumption=20is=20that
SAR=20message=20need=20to=20contain=20either=20=20"User-Name"=20=20or=20=20=
"Public-Identity".
Now=20SLF=20can=20use=20one=20of=20those=20AVPs=20to=20find=20out=20in=20w=
hich=20HSS=20respective
profile=20is=20being=20maintained.
