New LCS Drafts Available (Version 04)

Hi,


	I have made some slight alterations to the drafts following
Randy's comments and inputs from Bob.
The MCM draft was changed as follows:

	1.  0x09 characters were removed from lines 491, 592, 793 and
898, and trailing blanks from line 111.
	2. Section 8 and 9 numbering was removed as stated in section 4
of RFC 2223bis-07.

The SCM draft was changed as follows:

	 1. 0x09 character were removed from line 488, and trailing
blanks were removed from line 107.
	 2. Section 8 and 9 numbering was removed as stated in section 4
of RFC 2223bis-07.
	 3. vdslLineSCMConfProfileBandId and vdslLineSCMPhysBandId have
been made into enumerated 
types as was described in the DESCRIPTION but not in the syntax.
	4. The names given to the enumerations of
vdslLineSCMConfProfileBandId and vdslLineSCMPhysBandId 
were modified to more clearly indicate the meaning of the enumeration.
	5. Additional enumerations were added to
vdslLineSCMConfProfileBandId and vdslLineSCMPhysBandId to 
provide a third downstream and third upstream band.
