welcome to new co-chair

ADSLMIB WG members,

Since Mike has indicated he may not be able to spend as
much time on his WG Chair task at various times, we have
asked Bob Ray to volunteer as a co-Chair. Bob has
agreed to this task.

Welcome Bob.

The secretariat will update the WG charter page in the next
few days.
