I agree that the issues I raised have been corrected.  For the
record, here's what I said in my reply to Clay's earlier mail:

HOWEVER ... what ended up in the repository does not have any of the
the '=' characters that appeared in the draft Clay sent me in his
original e-mail.  This needs to be corrected post-haste, as the
resulting MIB module won't compile.  A context diff between the
version in Clay's e-mail and what now appears in the repository is
attached below.  This may have been a result of erroneous QP
encoding.
