RE: 65th IETF Meeting

<speaking as AD to the WG>

After approving the re-chartering for this work, I would expect
more enthousiasm and people to indeed plan to come to Dallas
IETF to try and get the work moving forward!

You have a new WG chair, pls do not let him alone but work
with him to get things done!
