    Please find attached the email and liaison from Peter Adams, the DSL
Forum Operations and 
Network Management Chair.
 
    Please comment on the proposal put forward in the liaison that the
DSL Forum will develop a management
framework document which will be the basis for the MIB that we are
developing.
 
    Also note that according to the new charter that we have proposed
the initial draft of the bonding MIBs are due
in November and the Last Call is in March. As the same individuals are
participating in the work both at the DSL Forum and IETF, the work can
be carried out in parallel.
