Dear Gavin and Peter,


	Thank you for your liaison dated 20th September 2006, with subject "Bonded xDSL Management".
We are pleased to accept your proposal for the division of work between the two organisations.

	Please provide us with a copy of the Working Text after your December meeting.

	The initial draft of the IETF MIB modules should be ready in November and our current plan is 
to complete these documents by the end of April.
