Menachem,

A couple of comments on the proposed text:

- it would be useful to be more specific what 'working text' you are
expecting from the DSL Forum in December
- you should be more exact and say that by April the xDsl bonding MIB
Internet-Drafts will be submitted to IESG for consideration as a
Proposed Standards. Saying that you expect to complete these draft by
that time could be mis-interpreted as the documents being approved,
which is not the case.

PURPOSE: Response

Subject: Response To Your Liaison on Bonded xDSL Management.

Dear Gavin and Peter,

Thank you for your liaison dated 20th September 2006, with subject "Bonded xDSL Management".
We are pleased to accept your proposal for the division of work between the two organisations.

Please provide us with a copy of the new xDSL Bonding Management Framework Working Text
document, after your December meeting.

The initial draft of the IETF MIB modules should be ready in November and our current plan is
to complete these documents and submit them to the IESG for consideration as Proposed Standards, by the
end of April.

	Yours Sincerely,

	Menachem Dodge
IETF ADSL MIB Working Group Co-Chair.
