Abstract:

   MASQUE (Multiplexed Application Substrate over QUIC Encryption) is a
   set of protocols and extensions to HTTP that allow proxying all kinds
   of Internet traffic over HTTP.  This document describes the
   architectural principles behind MASQUE, and the properties that
   MASQUE can provide.
