Syntax error in XML (Apex party pack draft 04)

Please ignore my previous mail.

There seems to be a syntax error in the examples
mentioned in the draft-ietf-apex-party-04.txt

For e.g., in section '2.1.1 Final Hop Report'

 <option internal='dataTiming' targetHop='all'
         mustUnderstand='true' transID='86' />
    <dataTiming noLaterThan='10000' 
                returnTrip='20000' />
 </option>

Note: option element end tag is marked twice.

The correct XML should be -

 <option internal='dataTiming' targetHop='all'   
         mustUnderstand='true' transID='86' >
    <dataTiming noLaterThan='10000' 
         returnTrip='20000' />
 </option>

Same error is repeated in the other sections too
(2.1.2, 2.2.1, 3, 4).
