I plan on asking that:
  Using TLS with IMAP4, POP3 and ACAP

move to the standards track.

This version includes changes to the Cipher Suite Requirements, to the
discussion of the "imaps" and "pop3s" ports, adds STARTTLS for ACAP, and
adds a PLAIN SASL mechanism for use with ACAP under TLS.
