draft-hoffman-smtp-ssl-07 reply code erratum

The reply code 505 in the SMTP TLS draft should instead 530, to match
the theory of reply codes.  The condition is related to security, not
syntax.  530 is the code used for this condition in FTP, which shares a
similar theory of reply codes.

I will be reissuing the SMTP SASL draft to make the corresponding
change.
