Except that at the Memphis meeting they already started talking about many
things that would go into TLS 1.1 that would make it incompatible with 1.0.

This is not to say I *want* and IANA registry: I would rather not have one.
It just seems appropriate if we know that there is some work that we will
want to reference but we can't yet.
