I only received comments from Alexey Melnikov on the previous draft. Given 
the amount of discussion that caused the -00 draft to get started, I would 
have hoped for more. Please review this draft and let the list know if you 
want additions or changes. If I don't hear anything in a few weeks (I'm 
about to go off on vacation), I'll pass it up to the ADs to be an RFC that 
replaces 2487.
