Any drafts for IMAP4/TLS and/or POP3/TLS

I'm interested in implementing both IMAP4 & POP3 over SSL.

But rather than dedicating a separate port for SSL access (where the client 
would always have to specify what port was to be used) ... I'd like to use 
an approach like in the SMTP-TLS where the connection starts off 
unencrypted, and the client can then switch over to an encrypted session.

Are there any draft specifications available?
