There've been a couple of bursts of activity, but we could do with quite
a lot more. I'm hoping to throw another strawman out to the list this
weekend, taking into account some of the criticism of the previous one.

If anyone has any thoughts at all - conservative, wild, wacky,
all-econompassing, incomplete or fragmentary - post 'em. We could
do with more stuff to consider.
