Any ISP with a grain of sense typically has its abuse / postmaster 
mailbox exempted from all filtering.

Even without that, there are yahoo / hotmail / gmail etc accounts that 
can be used to contact abuse desks.

I doubt it.  abuse / postmaster and other role accounts are standards 
that have been around for ages, and even listed in various rfcs (most of 
which are, I think, informational / bcp, but still..)
