In which case the abuser should feel free to use a different address, on 
a different server .. alternatively, a web form can be provided on the 
site that provides an alternate method of contact (for example, take a 
look at http://spamblock.outblaze.com/61.10.209.175

Or quite often, the affected admin, given that I've seen too many cases 
where people who shoud know to read headers far better, but who still 
manage to snag jobs as mail admins / postmasters at large ISPs - even 
tier 1s, go around blocking our network, and our 40 million users ... 
and then ignore email to their postmaster address anyway, after you 
report it.

It would be an excellent thing if MAAWG events had workshops on just how 
to manage an abuse desk, and how to work together with other abuse desks

That would be of far more value actually.
