Obviously that information shall be available, but shall it be inserted 
as a header containing a list of some possibly obscure words (to the 
mean user point of view) or shall it be available to the user, if he 
wants, or shall this be a choice of the mail admin/company policy ?

If the mail admin doesn't care about users, this is a management issue 
and this will surely be remarked and he will be surely fired...
