Adjusting the reply-to address for this list?

Grrrr. Is there any way we could get this list adjusted so that it puts its 
own address in the reply-to field of the messages it distributes? It's 
painful trying to send replies as it stands, because the list address could 
be anywhere and you don't necessarily know where a reply is going to 
go (and I regard using "reply-to-all" as an egregious breach of etiquette, 
so please don't suggest that).
