I've assumed this list is still in the "see what problems there are
and find the scope" stage. What you're proposing needs a common
document we can all discuss and evolve. If it is time for that, it
needs to be announced and set up now.

I have some reservations about the Wiki (sorry Yakov) because it
represents a second, parallel discussion forum. Maybe I don't
understand how these things work together with lists (please explain),
but imho it's going to be difficult to keep arguments synchronized
between the list here and the Wiki. Do I now have to write the same
things both here and the Wiki? What if a new participant doesn't know
about the Wiki, or doesn't know about the list?
