Hi Philip,

I've been quiet over the last several days, but I'm happy to help 
out with editing the draft soon. It's nice of you to have got the ball
rolling, and I'll have time to seriously look at it in the next few
days.

What time do you hang out in the chatroom? Personally, I haven't used
chat much, and slightly prefer using the mailing list, but I expect
that some list members have different waking hours than you ;-)
