New Filtering Draft version posted

Greetings, gentlemen.

I've just posted a much more complete draft of the filtering header 
specification at <http://millenix.zemos.net/asrg-filtering/>. It 
incorporates the requirements that were mentioned on this list. It also 
lists David Nicol and Laird Breyer as co-authors, hopefully with correct 
address information, gleaned from other drafts and web sites.

I have not really updated the sections that specify the header yet, as there 
are some changes I think are necessary, but I want to run them by you first. 
That will come in a follow-up message. I also did not incorporate the text 
from David Nicol's RFC Wiki version of the draft, at 
<http://zarquon.advenge.com/RFCwiki/view?doc=AF>. That's my planned next step.

Is there a time that's convenient for the people here to collaborate in 
something closer to real time? I can find a way to be available just about 
whenever's convenient.
