The goal of the filtering draft (miller-et-al) mentioned in the
archives is to design such a set of machine parseable headers.  There
hasn't been activity on it for a few months (people busy with other
things), but it could do with list discussion on it to restart it.

Several things discussed on the list were also added to the wiki, but
a wiki is not a very friendly form of communication, and AFAIK nobody
used it. Same with IRC.
