Current Filtering Header Draft

Hello, all!

There was a request that I post a link to the current draft to the list. So, here it is.

First, the draft is maintained in a Subversion repository located at:
<http://millenix.zemos.net/repos/filtering/>
 From here, anyone can check out the current XML source, which can be run through xml2rfc 
to generate standards-compliant TXT and HTML output. I'm willing to give any contributors 
commit access so that they can make changes directly. Note that one can read the file in 
the repository with just a simple web browser.

The compiled TXT and HTML versions can be found at:

I will try to keep this in sync with the repository version. Anyone can check whether they 
are looking at the current draft by comparing the source revision reported in the front 
matter with the revision at the top of the first page linked to.

I ask anyone who would like to get involved to read this draft, and give any suggestions 
they have. Minor nits (spelling, grammar) can come to me, larger issues should go to this 
list. Suggested text is appreciated, and patches against the XML source are ideal.
