Didn't we cover this already though?  "Send from anywhere" could mean
anything from using a relay they're allowed to use to running their own
server on a laptop.  SPF can deal with the latter case if a dynamic DNS
provider's willing to dynamically change SPF records in addition to other
records they already change.

Though if you ask me, that latter case is extreme and in fact disallowed by
most dial-up and broadband providers, regardless of how badly said
provider's mail system sucks.  Even so, it is supported.  I would still
encourage roaming users to find relays they're allowed to use and make those
their authorized senders.

What's really going to break this are ISPs that capture port 25 and redirect
it to their own servers.  AOL and Bell Canada do this.  I might be savvy
enough to designate AOL's proxies as allowed to send for my domain, but I'd
be opening myself up to abuse from other AOLers.  A proprietary mail client
protocol could work here, or SMTP over a different port, or a web based
client.
