Starting in on a document

  Monday is a holiday in Canada, so I won't be able to do much.  I
hope to have the first skeleton of an outline for the document
Tuesday, and will post it here.

  Last week was a bit of a write-off for me, due to medical issues (I
spent much of the week in the hospital, looking after my wife.)

  I would like to have a first draft of a combined proposal by Friday,
Oct. 17.  Is there someone presenting at ISPCon?
