Some details:

Section SMTP EHLO/HELO and SMTP MAIL:

  "SMTP MAIL" is difficult to understand. should write Envelope
   Sender address as given in the SMTP MAIL FROM: command.

   Since we focus on this address, it should be mentioned first.


Forgery: 

  You can't have consent or knowledge of a domain. You need to
  have it from the owner, admin, representative, responsible person...


Section HELLO:
 
  I still do not see where's the sense in testing the HELO/EHLO
  argument if a sender address was given. I still propose to 
  check only the envelope sender address and to use the EHLO parameter
  only if the sender address was empty.

  Mention: It is up to the receiving MTA to reject mails without 
  a proper domain name.


  OK, after reading to the end I see that HELO/EHLO might help in 
  relaying, while I still prefer to fix relaying instead of checking
  EHLO/HELO.

  Proposal: Do not check EHLO if sender address was given by default.
  New RMX entry "EHLO:" gives permission to check EHLO if sender
  address check failed.



Roaming User:

  Other methods: Bidirectional POP, IMAP, UUCP,...
     (anything except SMTP)


References to all existing proposals/drafts the meta-proposal is
based on should be included.
