  I think it's outside of the scope of ASRG-RMX, as ASRG-RMX is trying
to key off of domain names, to discover such information.  There is
overlap with the content of the TXT records, which describe the
information about MTA's for the domain.

  It's a small step from this draft to a fully-fledged ASRG-RMX
implementation.  The biggest issues are that some domains may not have
control over reverse DNS, which makes it difficult for them to
implement this proposal.  In contrast, we know that domains control MX
records in their own domain, so adding one more field for ASRG-RMX
isn't much of a problem.
