Since I have to redraft DMP anyway, I'm going to incorporate the changes I mentioned, incorporating bits of DRIP and allowing receiving domains (or users themselves even?) the choice of acting on one, tagging on another, or whatever. Fortunately, adding protocol doesn't change any DNS records. DMP asks for hosts to have records to deal with null reverse paths already.
