	I think Alan is concerned primarily about internal debate within 
ASRG, such as we've already seen.  However, the things that help 
avoid unnecessary internal debate are also likely to do the same for 
others as well.

	And that's about all I'll say on this subject, because I'm trying 
very, very hard to hold my tongue.
