Well, I claim to really care about this problem, I've 
addressed this in my draft. 

I currently do not have what you would call a "solution",
instead I'm describing consequences. 

I don't believe we can find a technical method which 
absolutely and smoothly fits into the current status quo.

The status quo is that there are currently security flaws which 
can easily be abused by spammers. If we want to fix this, 
it will be impossible to avoid to change anything...

Sorry, I know that this is not satisfactory, but you'll have to 
face reality. If we don't change anything, how should we affect
spammers?
