It is even more difficult in Europe. Of how many european 
countries do you know how to go into legal steps against
spammers located in the country? How would you go into 
legal steps against a spammer from Germany? Spain? 
Austria? Italy? France? Poland? Netherlands? Belgium? Luxemburg? 
Monaco? ...

Which court would be competent? The spammers court or your court?
