Pity it wont be considered, it appears to have some merit and the potential for impetus with Microsoft behind it. As an XML schema it appears to have the open-ness we require (to my less technical eyes anyway). Are we looking for the best solution here or the most politically correct one? I'd like to see its technical merits discussed as compared with similar proposals. Nice to see that it references LMAP, Meng, Hadmut et al. I sincerely hope that IETF can find a way to co-operate.
