  Can we add that statement to the ASRG web site?

  e.g. I've been forced to use a content filter in the past 2 months,
as my personal inbox has hit 90% spam.  I'm not seeing many false
positives, but the false negatives are still more spam than I was
getting a year ago.

  So my personal incremental solution helps, but it's still provably
insufficient.
